Surveillance Requirements

Ligon & Ligon, one of Baltimore’s most respected utility contractors, needed a modern surveillance upgrade to replace their outdated analog system. With multiple active properties—including a training center, construction yard, and equipment garages—they required complete security coverage across both locations. A major goal was to avoid paying for internet at each site by creating a unified, wireless-connected system with full remote access.

Security Solution

We installed a fully integrated surveillance system that connects both facilities under a single network, offering 24/7 visibility and active deterrence:
  • 5MP Active Deterrent PTZs with spotlights, voice alerts, and color flashing lights
  • Wireless bridge links from the main office to remote buildings (over half a mile)
  • License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera installed at the gated entry
  • 5MP Color at Night bullet cameras for construction yard, garages, and parking lot
  • Remote access enabled via mobile and desktop for real-time monitoring
